You are purchasing a downloadable PDF form. This PDF is the Gift Certificate. Once you purchase, you will receive the PDF via email and will have a secure link to the file lasting 24 hours.
Once the Certificate form (PDF) is downloaded, you can either print or email to the gift recipient!
Have the gift recipient fill out the form. They can send in the form via email to info@ocfilmsociety.com (by photo or scan) or they can mail it to 2000 Quail St, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Details and instructions are listed on the certificate. The one year start date begins the day we receive the form. The gift recipient will receive a confirmation email.
